in keeping with chinese new year theme, here are some sketches from a trip i took to china. they are mostly from the very southern province of guangdong. this is the province where my father’s ancestors are from and where the factory is that produces my manufactured line. i love visiting this province and i truly feel an eerie familiarity when i’m there. as if the ghosts of my ancestors are hovering over me, in a good way of course.
