cups. cups. cups.

i am doing 2 cup shows + a gravy boat show in november. don’t ask me why. cups just might be my least favorite thing to make. i don’t enjoy dealing with a handle or with a rim that has to be good enough for someone to put their mouth on. but, as always, it is a good way to push me into making things i usually wouldn’t make. and though i don’t “like” doing it, i do like having new work to look at.

Very nice, Rae! I like the 'handles' the most. I always see it as you 'gain from the pain' somehow.

Ang, love your cups too! Such great talent spread all over the world!
