this is the top tier of our wedding cake. jw and i both insist that the other resembles a monkey (in the most loving way, naturally) . . .
the cake was based on my teapot design, and was made by a fabulous food stylist named lorraine battle. it was as delicious as it was beautiful.
and THIS is my charming wedding band, designed by jeweler april higashi. my husband had it inscribed “monkey + monkey 08-08-08.“
